You will also revise procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues. Furthermore, you will draft, modify, and implement company policies. Collaborating with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations will be part of your daily tasks. You will also manage compliance audits and investigations, and report findings to senior management. The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be responsible for training and educating staff on compliance matters. You should also be analytical and possess a strong attention to detail to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
